OSS tool specification activities:
•    Identify and address the main problems that operators and subscribers experience on using triple play services.
•    Perform root cause analysis on those problems, and determine main E2E service quality KQIS and related KPIs which may lead to the cause.
•    Provide detailed and clear design specifications (in English) to be used by 8920 SQM engineering team
