Main Purpose:
Be the single point of contact between various parties: Puma Energy affiliates, Trafigura Trading Operations, Transporters, Terminals, Clearing and Forwarding agents, Customs
Manage transport contracts and build a reliable transport services network
Ensure operations efficiency to the best satisfaction of internal suppliers and customers
Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contracts management
Ensure effective transport contacts execution (road and rail) as per agreement terms and conditions
Monitor transporters’ performances and engage poor performers for improvement plan
Follow up execution of service agreement with the Infra BU operated facilities and third parties loading terminals, escalate challenges and deviations to contracts holders within the Group
Monitor performances of Clearing and Forwarding agents at loading ports and escalate challenges and deviations to contracts holders
Conduct with Regional Procurement at least once a year transport contract review with transporter
Operations Planning and Coordination
Liaise with countries Supply team to collect volumes forecasts Vs fleet size
Coordinate with Trading Operators and Traders products availability and volume allocation at loading terminals
Pre-plan by optimization resources nominations (rail and road) with transporters taking into consideration cost optimization and receiving facilities constraints: ullage, offloading operations, consumptions / sales performances Vs budgets
Communicate resources mobilized to Operators to enable release of loading orders to the transporter
Coordinate with transporters and agents’ operations execution at loading facilities.
Effective and proactively address challenges to ensure smoothness of the operations
Monitor from start to end resources trips to be able to provide accurate information on resources whereabouts at all time
HSE and operational excellence
Assess services performances to internal customers: actual Vs plan
Monitor transporters’ HSE performances to ensure compliance with Group objectives:
Zero fatality
Zero pollution
Monitor transporters’ operational performances to ensure full customers’ satisfactions:
On-Time-In-Full supply release execution
Resources turnaround time optimization
In-transit loss reduction at ALARP
Transport cost optimization
Build strong relationship, HSE and Operational excellence culture with the transporters and ted ricers via the Drivers league:
Ensure monthly monitoring of the drivers’ behavior using IVMS data
Populate on a quarterly basis drivers’ performance ranking
Organize once a year in each country the drivers’ and transporters award ceremony
Coordinate with countries HSE and Operations/Transport team proper and timely major incidents investigation in coordination with transporters
Ensure proper actions taken by the transporter on drivers’ behavior non-compliances

A posição é adequada para candidatos com educação
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply and logistics, business administration, or related field that would provide a strong background is required
Qualificação e Habilidades da oferta
Master’s Post graduate degree is preferred
7-10 years’ proven experience in related field including global experience in a leadership role with proven experience in logistics contract, operations and planning management
Ability to effectively manage interfaces and relationships to the safeguard the best interest of all parties
Excellent ability to step back and analyse challenges while being effectively on ground to provide concrete solutions
Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
Knowledge of petroleum products and/or dangerous good transportation by road and rail
Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Fluent in English and Portuguese.
