Descrição da oferta, jornada de trabalho e responsabilidades
Role purpose: Supervisor Vodashop is responsible for ensuring resources, services, and operations, customer focus in all over the store. It is responsible for monitoring daily sales, stock management (stock availability, stock requisition, stock reconciliation), counting daily revenue values, Mpesa and Super agent. Control; attendance of the agents; evaluation; maintain good levels of customer service as well as interaction with different support departments, (finance, IT helpdesk, security, Retail operations) proposing measures aimed at the best service, always preserving the Vodacom Group policies.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Ensure that sales and Customer Service Targets are achived by Managing the Customer Service Agentes and store
• Opening and Closing of the Store, as well as the process of bank depositing sales and M-pesa, Count of daily sales amounts M-pesa;Super agent and reconciliation at the end of each day
• Reconciliation of physical stock versus x3 system
• Develop and implement personal development plans, manage staff according to requirements and ensure the good performance of each
• Manage disciplinary personnel issues in accordance with the labor law in place
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
• Minimum 2 to 5 years professional experience on sales and distribution
• Customer FOCUS – Customer centric
• Creative and innovative thinking
• Problem solving and Analysis
• Understanding leadership and strategies
Must have technical / professional qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or Degree in Economics and Management / Accounting and Audit, Marketing and / or related áreas
2. Training in stock management and team management is an advantage
3. Further diplomas and certificates in Distribution, sales skills , team/HR management will be an advantage
Key performance indicators
• Ensure that monthly sales targets are met
• Ensure that health and safety requirements in the store are properly met and implemented in accordance with the company’s policies.
• Service level at store standards are met
